Why we make these
Most of what helps at 2 a.m. is unglamorous and structural: a page with the right prompts on it, a sequence you do not have to remember, an audio track you can start with one tap. None of that needs an app, a subscription or an account.
So we make the versions we wanted and could not find. They are cheap, they are yours once you buy them, and they work on paper where paper is better.
What they are not
They are not treatment. None of these products diagnoses anything, treats anything or promises an outcome. They are structures for doing things that many people find helpful, based on techniques drawn from cognitive behavioural approaches to sleep. If your nights have been difficult for months, the most useful thing on this site is the when to seek help page, not this one.
Which one should you get?
- Mind will not stop at night, most nights. The Night Wind-Down Journal.
- One specific worry cycling. The Racing Thoughts Dump Sheets.
- You cannot face reading anything at 3 a.m. The Calm Your Mind Audio Pack.
- Your evenings have no shape. The Evening Reset Checklist — and it is free.
Everything here is also explained for free elsewhere on the site. The products save you the assembly, they do not gate the information.
